Sal from Pool Theory has always been great to work with and after Hurricane Ian, he really came through. After the hurricane came through our neighborhood and we lost power our pool was nasty. Sal immediately headed over and took pictures both before he cleaned it, so we could see the condition and then after he cleaned it. After a day or so it was sparkling and as good as new. A few days later we realized we had a problem with our heater. Sal had a technician there in a few days and since there were multiple homes in the area that needed repair, he waived the service call fee. He is responsive, professional and always calls you back quickly. You simply can not go wrong with Pool Theory.

Outstanding service from Pool Theory in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. Two days after Ian hit, we received an email and photo showing that several lanai screens had been blown into our pool. By Oct. 2, they had cleaned the pool, removed the screens, and sent us a photo of our sparkling clean pool. This is amazing service! Thank you to everyone at Pool Theory for your hard work and I'm sure long hours after this catastrophic storm! Your efforts are greatly appreciated!
